Your donation will help Shea Yeleen International fulfill our mission to help women develop their own cooperative shea butter organizations and ultimately to support themselves, their families and their local communities.

Although we raise funds by selling shea butter products, the revenue is used to pay fair trade prices to our shea producers producers, as well as shipping and production fees. Sales are not sufficient to cover the entire cost of trainings and capacity building improvements - such as building a village shea butter facility or helping coops to acquire a new mixer or grinder - equipment that saves shea producers hours of hard labor.
